He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Johnnathon Waszak (Kelsey), Michael Waszak, Amber Waszak and Austin Waszak; his parents, Sharon Waszak and John Waszak; his grandchildren, Logan and Nathan; his siblings, Michele Chapman (Randy), Denise Perri III (Anthony) and Christina McIntyre; and his siblings' children, Angela Kebleris, Elizabeth Waszak, Samantha Nobles, Anthony Perri IV and Ryan Chapman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
