She was predeceased by: her spouse Hipólito Hernández Ávila; her parents, María Trinidad Nava and Nicolas Nava Rojas; and her siblings, Olivia Nara, Alejandro Nava, Vicente Nava and Antonio Nava.
She is survived by: her children, Raúl Hernández, Manuel Hernández, María Socorro Hernández (Salvador Gutiérrez), Irineo Hernández (Ofelia), Celia Hernández, Reyes Hernández, Dolores Escobedo (Martin), Olivia Sánchez (Reynaldo), Elva Hernández, Hipólito Hernández and Mario Antonio Hernández; and her sibling Santos Nava. She is also survived by 59 grandchildren and numerous great grand children.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Alexis Church (400 W Wood Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106).
