She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy Troupe; her parents, John Morrow and Mazella Morrow; her siblings, Johnnie B. Morrow, Eddie Mae Taylor (late Eugene) and Ruth Williams (late Jessie); and her nieces and nephews, Tyrone Taylor and Gene E. Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Carr (Pete) and Timothy Troupe; her grandchildren, Garland K. Coble III and Ebony; her great grandchildren, Trevonte Coble, Monique Carr and Ria Brown (Allen); her great great grandchildren, TeQuan Stewart, Janiya Jones, Jayce Jones and Journee Jones; her nephews, John Williams (Jacqueline), Larry Troupe (Linda) and Reginald Taylor; and her goddaughter Joann Austin.
