She is survived by: her children, Thomas Apollo (Maria), Marisa Verban (Emil) and Salvatore Apollo (Doreen); her grandchildren, Ted Apollo, Thomas Apollo, Joseph Apollo (Jen), Michael Apollo, Cristina Apollo, Phillip Apollo, Brian Verban (Jaime), Mariel DeYoung, Anthony Apollo (Callie), Matthew Apollo (Chelsea) and Stephanie Richmond (Sam); her great grandchildren, Francesca Apollo, Rocky Apollo, Thomas Apollo, Melody Apollo, Joey Apollo, Mia Apollo, Sydonie Apollo, Milana Apollo, Winifred Apollo, Byrdie Apollo, Anah Richmond, Avery Richmond, Addison DeYoung, Amelia DeYoung, Olivia Verban and Giuliana Verban; and her siblings, Pancrazio Caravita, Ernesto Caravita, Salvatore Caravita, Espedito Caravita, Luigi Caravita and Giuseppe Caravita.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
