He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Otis Shumpert III, Ayrii Shumpert (Sasha Bush), Iman Shumpert and Kasani Shumpert; his parents, Odis Shumpert and Florence Ellen Shumpert; his grandchildren, Michah, Junie, Pia and Ruerose; his brother Gregory Shumpert (Carolyn); his sibling's children, Ericka, Eric and Vincent; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Harmony and Lyric.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
