He was predeceased by: his wife Earnestine Rice; and his parents, Tom Sr. Rice and Elnora Rice. He is survived by: his children, Sheila (Daryl), Jackie (Jerry), Vincent, Keith (June), Ron (Kaleelah) and Don (Paulette). He is also survived by nine sisters and five brothers.
