She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Harley Bastian and Marjorie Bastian (Nehring); her husband David Pearson; and her brother Jim Bastian. She is survived by: her daughter Chris Fidler (Don) of Sycamore; and her granddaughters, Megan (Garrett Hackbarth) and Morgan (Jackson Craig).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Park Cemetery (1600 S 1st St, DeKalb, IL 60115).
