She is survived by: her father James Carter; her husband Jeff Hultgren; her son Preston Johnson; her sister Ann Douglas (Joey); her sibling's children, Alison Douglas and Mike Douglas; her stepchildren, Cullin and Stella Hultgren; her sister-in-law Julie Ermey (Randall); and her mother-in-law Sally Sarafin (Bill).
