With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Ann Anderson in Hinsdale, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ricker and Philomena Ricker (Minnie); her husband Leo O. Anderson; and her brother Marlin Ricker. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Anderson (Terry) of Omaha, NE and Jerome Anderson (Donella) of Macomb, IL; her grandchildren, Margaret Hojjat (Mike) of Burr Ridge, IL, Grant Anderson (Sarah), Adrienne Ottemann (Corbin), Greta Teno (Joe), Emma Anderson, Lara Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Charlie Hojjat and Andrew Hojjat; and her great grandchild Oliver Teno.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John of the Cross Church (5005 Wolf Rd, Western Springs, IL 60558). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bohemian Cemetery, 205 W. Monroe Street, Mt. Ayr, IA 50854.
