He was predeceased by : his son Jack; his father Thomas Parkins (Patti Levin); his wife Jen; his daughters, Katie and Mother Ann Parkins Magestro (James); and his siblings, Daniel Parkins (Stephanie), Megan Hendrickson (Adam) and Amy Parkins (Jack Johnson).
