He was predeceased by : his parents, Charley Penna and Pauline Penna. He is survived by : his wife Deanna; his children, Charley, Nick (Maura) and Cathy Smith (Tim); and his grandchildren, Tommy, Maggie, Katie, Grace and Nick Jr..
