She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Petkus and Anna Mae Petkus. She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, Lauren, Kevin and Katelyn; her sisters, Donna Hempstead, Darlene Semetulskis (Rich) and Debbie Panozzo (Bill); and her brother-in-law Kevin Schick (Gloria). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
