The passing of Emilio Messina (Hinsdale, Illinois) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 97. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antoinette Torino and Giuseppe Messina; his wife Philomena; his children, Antoinette LaPonte, Josephine Crnjak, Frank Messina (Tina) and Tina Welch (Rick); his grandchildren, Alycia LaPonte Frosolone (Johnathon), Emilia, Stefan Crnjak, Maxum Messina (Constance), Mitchel Messina (Kiya), Maley Messina, Erica and Briget Welch; and his siblings, Pio, Frank, Mario, Julia and Sam.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM and on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Services (60 S Grant St, Hinsdale, IL 60521).
