He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Baxter, Jr. and Gertrude E. Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his friend John; his brothers, James W. Baxter (Pamela) and Thomas B. Baxter; and his siblings' children, Alicia, Alexis and Brooke Baxter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Services (60 S Grant St, Hinsdale, IL 60521).
