He was predeceased by : his parents, John Payne and Ginny Payne; his son William Payne (Billy); his sister Carole Knuti; and his nephew Steven Payne.
He is survived by : his brother Jim Payne; his wife Pam; and his grandchildren, Lily, Jack, Graham, Cal and Reed.
