He is survived by: his children, Catherine Grogan, Colleen Garbe (Jarod), Erin Burba (Anthony) and John Grogan (Emily); his grandchildren, Jack, Graeme, Owen, Annie, Conor, Luke, Paige, Tommy, Grace and Henry; and his brother Rev. William Grogan.
