It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita F Polivka of Hinsdale, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Norbert; her son Ronald Polivka; and her brother John Karch (Terri). She is survived by : her sons, Allan (Becky) and David (Patricia); her grandchildren, Amber (Karl Kooistra), Daniel (Nori), Thomas (Katie) and Stephanie Polivka; her great grandchildren, Elena, Grayson and Nadia; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Polivka.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Bethlehem Woods, 1571 W Ogden Ave, LaGrange Park, IL 60526.
