He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Donna Ptak; his children, Michelle O'Connor (Pat), Bryan Ptak (Michelle) and Keith Ptak (Megan); his grandchildren, Caeley, Patrick, Rory, Teagan O'Connor, Evissa, Valencia Ptak, Emma and Madelyn Ptak; and his siblings, Sue Love (Tom), Edwin Ptak (Isabel) and Barbara Kosic (Brad).
