He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Kaleta and Janina Kaleta. He is survived by: his wife Mary E.; his children, Amanda Kaleta-Kott (Jeff) and Matthew Kaleta (Kelley); his grandchildren, Liam Kott and Margot Kaleta; and his sister Izabella Kaleta.
