He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Gifford; his son Thomas Bernard Sullivan, Jr.; and his granddaughter Payton Toole Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Midge Sullivan (Grandpre) of Hinsdale; his brother Jim Sullivan (Stephanie) of Wilmette; his children, Mimi Moore (Greg) of Hinsdale, Michael Sullivan (Wendy) of Portland, ME and Terry Sullivan (Meg) of River Forest; his grandchildren, Kaileigh Moore, Nash Moore, Elisabeth Moore, Mallory Moore, Sydney Sullivan, Finn Sullivan, Terry Sullivan, Jr., Tommy Sullivan and Holden Sullivan; and his nieces, Meg Sullivan (Kristen) and Lee Connors (Jim). He is also survived by many other relatives, friends.
