She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Doyle and Julia Doyle; and her siblings, Wayne, Ruth, Teresa and Anne.
She is survived by: her husband William P. Shanahan, Jr.; her children, Brian (Cindy), Julie Tscherny (late Bernard), Kathleen Christel (Bernard), William P., III (Michelle) and Maureen Sydor (Brian); her grandchildren, Tim (Stephanie), Brendan (Brittney), Matthew (Kellie), Erin, Adam, Bill, David, Katie, Bridget (Kyle), Kevin and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Ronan, Margot and Mirabell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (2515 W Palatine Rd, Inverness, IL 60067). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
