He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Heriberta Joven; his children, Bernard Giovanelli Jr. (Julie), Jeffery Giovanelli, Kimberley Giovanelli, Tracey Giovanelli, John Andrew Krieger-Joven (Shoshi) and Aireen Schweitzer (Michael); his grandchildren, Alex, Sam, Sophie, Kari, Nico, Artemis, Ophera, Michael and James; his sister Rosemarie Perich (late Paul Sr.); his niece Laura Perich; and his nephew Paul Perich Jr..
