He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Cosentino; his daughters, Kimberly Hornberg (Erick) and Carolyn Alfieri (Michael); his grandchildren, Kiersten Hornberg, Alexandra Hornberg, Olivia Hornberg, Michael Alfieri (Alison), Angelina Alfieri and Sadie; and his nieces, Karen Cosentino and JoAnn Cosentino.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morizzo Funeral Home (2550 Hassell Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169). Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit - St. Gregory of Nyssa Parish (1451 Bode Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194).
