Jacqueline Lewin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Lewin (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), who passed away on September 14, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Sol Lewin; her children, Michael Lewin (Lisa) and April Moffa; her grandchildren, Jason Lewin, Lauren Lewin, Nicholas Moffa, Andrew Moffa, Kaitlin McCarthy (Nik Deshpande) and Kelsey McCarthy (Alex); her siblings, Susan Hollinghurst and David Laing (Judith); and her friend Pat McCarthy.
