He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crabtree and Betty Nolen (Crabtree); and his aunts and uncles, Barbara Baldwin, Kathern Nolen, John Nolen (Bubby), Donald Nolen (Frog) and Danny Lester.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy "Kat" Mize; his children, Nolen Crabtree (Allie Queen), Remy Crabtree (Casey Murray) and Abigail Crabtree (Ben Strauss); his sister Eugenia Sunden (David); and his former wife Laura Healy (Sanchez). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
