He is survived by: his wife Barbara Downs; his daughters, Kacey Gallagher (Kevin Gallagher) and Emma Downs; his brother Roger Downs; and his sister-in-law Renee. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Memorial Lunch Jun (2475 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169-2161).
