With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Fort (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Fort Jr. and Suzanne Stoops; her boyfriend Daniel J. Buchanan; and her siblings, Edward C. Fort, Kimberly Fort, Tracy Hall, Richard Fort and Linda Hinkle.

A big part of her business philosophy was to give back to the community by organizing, participating, and financially supporting charity events.
