He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Phillips and Elsie Phillips; and his nephews, Ryan McGuire and Joe Martin. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn McGuire (David) and Christy Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces ang great nephews.
