He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Slavin; his daughter Gracie Slavin; his stepdaughter Natalie Bobrowski (Philip); his siblings, Mary Wilson (Andrew), Scott Slavin (Jennifer), Karen Morris (David), Fred Slavin (Janet), Marc Slavin (Margo) and Susan Slavin; the mother of his child Gracie; and his brother-in-law Andrew. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491).
