He was predeceased by: his parents, George Krizka and Frances Krizka; and his brother David Krizka (Velma). He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his daughter Heather; his grandson Devonté; and his siblings, Allen Krizka (Julie), Denise Krizka, Martin Krizka (Lucienne), Kayne Krizka and Christopher Krizka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-neices, great-nephews as well as many extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
