He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, John Schiera (Paige Comise), Lynne Gadd (Phil) and Gerald Schiera (Julie); his grandchildren, Andrew Schiera (Ramon Rochester), Natalie Perez (Alex), Nicolas, Emily, Nathan, Colby, Avery Schiera and Melissa Rose (Mike); and his siblings, John (late Pam), Ronald and Rosemarie Waffler (Jerry).
