He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim O'Leary and Mary O'Leary; and his sisters, Jeanette Sala and Carol Cornelio (Mingo). He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Lanette (Tom Wujcik) and James Jr. O'Leary (Yorlyn); and his grandchildren, Marina and Camila.
