John Jaksich Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate John Jaksich of Homer Glen, Illinois, whose life came to an end on December 6, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Leona; his daughters, Susan Hendrixson (Michael) and Diana Cikauskas (Joseph); his grandchildren, Michael Taylor Hendrixson (Meghan), Jordan Harrison, Daniel and Corey Cikauskas; and his great grandchildren, Reece, Jack, Remi and Riley.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Ukranian Orthodox Church (8410 W 131st St, Palos Park, IL 60464). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association (https://www.heart.org) in memory of John are greatly appreciated.
