She is survived by: her children, Salvatore DeStefano, Jr. and Concetta DeStefano (Todd Cesek); her grandchildren, Joshua DeStefano, Mazie and Asher Cesek; and her siblings, Paul Settepani, Gina Pleshar (George) and Tom Settepani (Denise).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
