She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; her son Ralph Chasteen, Jr.; her stepson William Chasteen; and her parents, Guido Vallera and Maria Vallera.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynette Malak (Gerald), Susan Bona (Phillip) and Wendy Foreman (Donald); her grandchildren, Joseph Malak (Megan), Victoria Malak, Jennafer Malak, Phillip Bona, Jr., Breanna Long (Conor), Michelle Bona and Jack Chasteen (Aislinn); her great grandchildren, Avery, Sadie Malak, Keegan Long, Ward and Finnegan Chasteen; and her siblings, Guido Vallera (Cindy) and Marisa Vallera.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
