She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Stanley Chlebek (Krystyna); her parents, Leon Latocha and Zofia Latocha; and her sister Jane Janowiak-Michalak (Gienek).
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher (Bonnie) and Edward (Mary); her grandchildren, Amanda O'Sullivan (Shane), Renee, Matthew, Ashley Huber (Carl), Emily, Sarah, Julia, Maximillian, Leo and Gabriel; her great grandchildren, John, James O'Sullivan and Zofia Chlebek; and her siblings, Sophie Chlebek (Bruno), Anna Talaga (Stanley) and Tadeusz Latocha (Eva).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cyril & Methodius Church (608 Sobieski St, Lemont, IL 60439). A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7200 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
