He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; and his parents, Charles and Irene. He is survived by: his sons, Tommy (Tammy), Jimmy (Kelly) and Joe (Jessica); his grandchildren, Tommy (Sarah), Tyler (Ana), Austin, Jake, Reese, Ava, Cale, Abel and Colton; his great grandchildren, Allison, Jaxon and Amara; and his siblings, Jerry, Raymond (Judy), Ronald (Michelle) and Dawn (Rich).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
