He was predeceased by: his wife Bernadette; and his parents, Harry Welsh and Esther Welsh. He is survived by: his children, Laura Rollins (Timothy) and Lee Welsh (Barbara); his grandchildren, Eliza Clarke (Shaun), Emily Fielding (Eliot), Adam Welsh (Nicole) and Caitlyn Shirahama (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Rollins, Tygerlily, Rosebud, Remington Fielding, Logan, Lucas and Lakelyn Welsh.
