She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L. Walenga; her son Michael Walenga; and her siblings, Valentine, Wanda, Stanley and Lillian.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Jensen, Gregory Walenga (Barbara), Lori Nalefski (Steve) and Timothy Walenga; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Kevin), Joseph, Kevin (Taeopae) and Madison (Alex); her great grandchild Daniel; and her brother Joseph Barnas.
