He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Smith and Vivian Smith (Childs); and his daughter Carla Hannie. He is survived by: his children, Jane Smith (Liz) of Bloomington, IL, Jennifer Lile of Hoopeston, IL and Jeremy Lile (Andrea) of Hoopeston, IL; his sister Janet Comstock (Larry) of Wellington, IL; his grandchildren, Jordan, Keri, Jaidi, Madi, Evan and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Jacen, Jasper and Roman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jerry to Iroquois Memorial Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice.
