It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Bell (Hoopeston, Illinois), who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Bell and Clara Bell (Hinton); his siblings, Edith Sprague (Joe), Archie Jr. "Bud" Bell (Libby), Robert "Snookie" Bell (JoAnne), Kenny Bell, Carl Eugene Bell, Larry Bell (Ellen Sue), Terry Bell, Shirley Malott (Jim) and Sharon Robinson; his sister-in-law Kathy Dickinson; and his former wife Ruthanne.
He is survived by: his children, Shala Funk (Jeff) of Hoopeston, IL, Stephanie Brooks of South Boston, VA and Sam Bell (Angie) of Hoopeston, IL; his brother Gary Bell (Terri) of Hoopeston, IL; his siblings-in-law, Blondia Bell of Hoopeston, IL, Linda Bell of Henning, IL and Jerry Trombley of Hoopeston, IL; his grandchildren, Natalie Pettice (Brian), Ryan Bell (Ashley), Carly Bell, Brandi Bell, Taylor Brooks, Isaiah Bell, Hannah Pilcher (Trent), Connor Brooks and Kaelyn Brooks; his great grandchildren, Vaida, Chris, Mackenzie, Layton, Anasyn, Brylee, Mallory, Alyssa, Jameson, Jaxon, Gavin, Georgia and Novalee; and his great great grandchild Theo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
