He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leroy Hoskins, Sr. and Anne Kate Hoskins (Trent); his brother Henry "Bud" Hoskins; his siblings-in-law, Carl Mistlebauer Sr. and Shirley Hoskins (Miller); his nieces, Alicia Ramsey (Hoskins) and Samantha Koesling (Mistlebauer); and his nephew Carl Mistlebauer Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Heather L. Hoskins, Kent J. Hoskins (Jane) and Brian K. Hoskins (Shanon); his siblings, Kay J. Mistlebauer and Frank L. Hoskins; his sister-in-law Georgia Hoskins (Martin); and his grandchildren, Craig, Breanna, Raelyn, Brendan, Erin, Kameron and Taylor. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three nieces; and two nephews.
