She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Foxworthy and Louella M. Foxworthy (Deck); her grandparents, Floyd, Bernice Foxworthy and Henry; and her brother Sonny Foxworthy (Levoynne).
She is survived by: her husband David L. Gaddis; her son Jeremy Gaddis (Jennifer) of Rankin, IL; her siblings, Pam Moore (Steve) of Paxton, IL, Tammy Rumble (Bud) of Rankin, IL and Richard E. "Rick" Foxworthy (Dolores) of Hoopeston, IL; and her grandchildren, Brady William Gaddis, Cole David Gaddis and Gracyn Rae Gaddis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
