He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hinkle (Sue Ellen), Todd Hinkle (Christine) and Clayton Hinkle (Regina); and his sisters, Marjorie Ottinger and Linda Simmons. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
