He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Lewis and Stella Lewis; and his siblings, Phyllis Wells (Dallas) and Ralph Lewis (Barb). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Dean Hickman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
