He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Ross and Betty Lou Kinnaird (Robinson); his son Jason Kinnaird; his brothers, Greg Smithers and Bobby Dean Kinnaird; and his nephews, Eddie and Jamie Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jo Davis; his children, Beth Johnson, Brian Kinnaird (Missy) of Hoopeston, IL and Jacob Kinnaird (Cristen) of Gibson City, IL; his siblings, Carol Folmar (Mike) of Milford, IL, Vickie Jennings (Bill Farney) of Wellington, IL and Dwain Smithers (Kay) of Victoria, TX; his grandchildren, Morgan, Breanna Johnson, Bryce, Hunter, Allyson Kinnaird, Brandon, Karsen Kinnaird, Payton, Joanna Kinnaird and Gage Jerome; and his great grandchildren, Audra, Ariah Hensley, Legend, Emberlynn Colunga, Eastynn Stewart, Charlie, Jaxx Kinnaird, Opal River, Xavier and Noah Kinnaird. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
