He is survived by: his father Henry Burress-Burlingame; his stepmother Kay Burlingame; his siblings, Edwin Everly (Leslie), William Everly (Vonda), Ruth Jesse, Barb Everly, Stella Hayner (Gary), Joann Burlingame and Daniele Rogers (Patrick); his daughter Amanda Evans; his grandchildren, Bradley, Elizabeth and Zakary; and his friend Lani Smock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
