He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Holz and A. Virginia Peterson Holz; and his brother Bill Holz. He is survived by: his children, Chase Holz of Hudson, Kyle Holz of Hudson and Heather Holz of Portland, OR; his girlfriend Mandy Dahm; his grandchildren, Caysen and Cailey Holz; his siblings, Carol Miller (Terry) and Glenn Holz of Toluca; and his sister-in-law Linda Holz of Varna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
