He was predeceased by: his father David M Haske; and his grandparents, Daniel, Rose Csaki, Edward and Francis Haske.

He is survived by: his mother Maryann McCullough; his stepmother Helen Clesen; his sisters, Shelia Haske, Maria Haske-Flores (Xerxes Flores) and Christina Whisenand (Kurt); his stepsister Colleen Garnett; and his nieces and nephews, Xerxes Flores, Jacob Colon, Issac Whisenand, Lucas Whisenand, Rebecca Colon and Cecilia Flores. He is also survived by his family—especially his sisters and his beloved nieces and nephews.
