We are sad to announce that, on April 15, 2026, at the age of 78, Cathleen A. Chay of Huntley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Cathleen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Cathleen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Cappetto and Lucille Cappetto; and her nephew Johnny Cunningham. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her siblings, Cindy Facchini (Rudy), Chris Cunningham (John) and Dan Cappetto (Lisa); and her cousin Carole Wilson (Gaines). She is also survived by other cousins and many nieces and nephews.
